Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All of our prices are shown and charged in British pounds sterling and have VAT added where appropriate. We accept all major credit card payments via Paypal. You can shop with us and use your credit card to pay even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Shipping And Handling
We have a standard delivery charge of £3.00 no matter how many items or how large or small they are. We can only process and deliver your order if you live in our designated delivery area.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver every friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding bank holidays). Place your order before 6pm on Tuesday to ensure delivery on Friday.
Back Orders
If on the remote chance an item is out of stock we will contact you and advise.
Tax Charges
VAT is included in the prices where appropriate.

Guarantee
We will offer a full refund or replacement for items that have been received faulty or damaged. If an item or items are found to be damaged on delivery please reject these items and return to the driver. If an item or items are found to be damaged or faulty when opening your delivery please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily help to resolve the problem and replace the products. Please note items not reported within 48 hours of delivery cannot be guaranteed to be replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights. Damages should be reported to productinfo@purplepawspetproducts.com
