What area do you deliver to?.
We offer a home delivery service to North Herts, Mid Beds & Chelmsford Essex, or a postal delivery service to the rest of mainland UK, please see our delivery pages accessible from the tabs at top right of the site or the help section to the left.

Can I pick up my order.
If you live in the following postcode areas you may pick up your order from our Chelmsford outlet.
How much does delivery cost.
If you are in our delivery areas, our home delivery service costs £3.00 no matter how much you order, for the rest of mainland UK we deliver by royal mail or courier, prices can be viewed by clicking the delivery UK button using the tabs at top right of the site or the help section to the left.
When do you deliver?.
We deliver Thursdays between 11.00am & 6.00pm in Chelmsford & We deliver Fridays between 11.00am & 6.00pm in our North Herts/ Mid Beds delivery areas.
When do I need to order by?.
For our local delivery service you will need to place your order before 6pm on Tuesday to ensure delivery on the following Thursday or Friday.
For mainland UK delivery by post there is no cut off for delivery.
Can you deliver on different days?.
Not at this time.
Can you deliver if I am not in?.
Yes, you may request on your order for us to leave your delivery in a safe location.
Can I pay on delivery?.
Not usually but once you have placed your first order and it has been delivered it may be possible to pay on delivery for future orders, contact us for details or ask your delivery driver.
Can I pay by cheque.
No sorry we do not accept cheques as payment.
Can I add to my delivery with a second order?
If you are using our home delivery service that is possible,but you will be charged an additional £3.00 delivery fee when you place your second order, contact us and we will refund your second delivery charge. If you are using the mainland UK delivery then the second order will be mailed separately.
What happens if some or all of my order is out of stock?
If on the remote chance an item is out of stock we will contact you and advise.
What if a product that I want is not on your site?.
Contact us and we will do our best to make it available for you.
